Terms of Use

Effective July 18, 2026. These terms apply to Silverweb Games and optional Silver Web Games accounts.

You must be at least 13 to create an account

Anyone may play the guest games where games are permitted. You must be at least 13 to create an account. Do not create an account for a younger child. We ask for an age-eligibility confirmation, not a full birth date. A parent or guardian can use the contact form for help.

Guest play is the default

An account is optional and never required to start a game. Guest progress normally stays in this browser and may disappear when site data is cleared or a managed device removes storage. Accounts may synchronize eligible, server-verified progress when account services are enabled.

Play fairly and keep people safe

Do not tamper with game or score requests, automate play, overload the service, impersonate staff or another person, use hateful or sexual profile names, or try to access another player’s account. Do not use Silverweb Games to bypass device, network, school, workplace, or guardian rules. We may remove unsafe names, reject scores, limit requests, or suspend an account to protect players and the service.

Points and cosmetics are for fun

Points, streaks, achievements, and cosmetics have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, wagered, or exchanged, and never improve game performance. We may correct a verified ledger error. There are no loot boxes, paid power, or rewards for clicking ads.

Casino practice credits are not money

All 29 Casino games—including race, game-show, card, tile, number, dice, wheel, peg, flight, vault, and slots simulations—use a separate device-local practice balance. Practice credits have no cash value and can be replenished in unlimited $1,000 increments without payment, delay, or an account. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, cashed out, exchanged for prizes, linked to an account bankroll, or converted to or from Silver Web Points. Casino results do not award points, rewards, cosmetics, leaderboard positions, streaks, or anything of value.

Original content and permitted use

The games, writing, art, audio, names, and software are provided for personal play. Do not copy, sell, republish, or present the service as your own. Normal browser links and privacy-safe challenge links are welcome.

Availability and changes

We work to keep guest play reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that local progress will survive browser, device, or policy changes. Games, eligibility rules, and these terms may change. Material changes receive a new effective date and require fresh acceptance before an account flow relies on them.

Your privacy and choices

The Privacy Notice explains what stays on your device, bounded product analytics, optional account data, current advertising status, and how to clear, export, or delete data. Public-by-default profiles, chat, direct messages, friend discovery, uploads, school fields, and precise location are not part of the product.

Questions, guardian requests, and reports

Use the monitored contact form for game help, accessibility, privacy, account help, guardian requests, or an unsafe display-name report. Urgent danger should be reported to local emergency services, not through this website.
