About Silverweb Games

Silverweb Games is an independent studio publishing 49 original browser games —20 in the Arcade and 29 no-cash-value Casino practice tables. Everything here was written by us. Nothing is licensed, embedded, or syndicated from anywhere else.

Who runs Silverweb Games

The site is built and maintained by the Silverweb Games team, a small independent group that designs, writes, tests, and operates everything on this domain. We are not a portal that republishes other studios’ work: every game on this site was written from scratch for the browser, and every word of the accompanying guidance was written by the same people who wrote the game code.

There is one way to reach us and it is monitored: thesupport form. It routes to a tracked queue with a three-business-day first-response target, and privacy, guardian, safety, and accessibility requests are handled ahead of everything else.

What we publish

The Arcade holds 20 games spread across 7 play categories — action, puzzles, word games, quick challenges, and four solo Table games with full physics engines. The Free Casino holds 29 practice simulations: card, dice, wheel, tile, number, and slot-style tables, each publishing its real rules and theoretical return-to-player figure.

Alongside the games we publish 3 long-form strategy and rules guides, plus a written breakdown on every individual game page covering how that game actually works, what the scoring formula is, and where players usually go wrong.

How the games are made

Every game is original TypeScript running directly in your browser. There are no iframes, no embedded third-party game players, and no Flash-era ports. The only third-party script the site loads at all is the advertising tag; any other cross-origin request fails our automated test suite, which is how we keep that guarantee honest rather than aspirational.

Nothing here requires an account. Guest play stores your favorites, recent games, preferences, and best scores in your own browser. There is no chat, direct messaging, open room, matchmaking, friend discovery, or precise-location field anywhere on the site.

How every game is tested before it ships

Each release runs an automated suite against the real built site, not a mock. A game does not ship until all of it passes:

  • Accessibility. Every one of the 49 game routes is audited against WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 A and AA rules, with zero violations tolerated — not a threshold, an empty list.
  • Six viewports. Four Chromebook sizes down to 1024×600, a 1440×900 desktop, and a 390×844 phone, plus 125%, 150%, and 200% browser zoom.
  • Reduced motion and forced colors. Both operating-system settings are exercised as first-class modes rather than afterthoughts.
  • Slow networks and slow devices. Pages are measured under throttled connections and reduced CPU against a largest-contentful-paint ceiling of 2.5 seconds.
  • Weight budgets. Enforced per file at 60 KiB of JavaScript and 24 KiB of CSS compressed, and 15 KiB of compressed HTML per static route.

How the practice-casino math is verified

Each Casino table publishes the theoretical return-to-player figure that its own engine implements, and that figure is a constant in the game’s rules module rather than a number chosen to sound plausible. Outcomes are resolved before any animation begins, so a slow device, an interrupted spin, or a backgrounded tab cannot change a result that already exists.

Where a guide publishes a derived number rather than a published constant, the derivation runs as a committed script and the test suite fails if the script’s output stops matching the number on the page. A claim we cannot reproduce does not get published.

Editorial standards

Guides and on-page game write-ups carry a visible last-reviewed date and are written from the game’s own source code. We do not paraphrase other sites, we do not publish odds we have not checked against the engine, and we do not link out to real-money gambling from anywhere on this site. Where a legal question is genuinely unsettled, we say so rather than flattening it into a confident sentence.

What the Free Casino is and is not

Casino tables run on practice credits that start at $1,000 and can be topped up by another $1,000 at any time. Those credits have no cash value. There are no deposits, purchases, prizes, cash-out, payment APIs, external casino links, transferable value, or account-linked bankroll, and points earned elsewhere on the site cannot be wagered.

How Silverweb Games is funded

The site is free and is funded by advertising. Discovery and game pages carry at most two clearly labeled Google AdSense banners, always below the game and its written guide, and never before you scroll. There are no side rails, overlays, interstitials, or ads inside the play surface. Ads are requested as nonpersonalized with the under-age treatment marker applied. Legal, safety, support, profile, guide, and landing pages carry no advertising at all, and no ad ever awards points, credits, or any gameplay advantage.

Corrections and takedowns

If something on this site is wrong — a rule described inaccurately, a number that does not match the game, a broken or inaccessible page — tell us through thesupport form and we will correct it and update the page’s last-reviewed date. The same form handles privacy requests, data export and deletion, guardian requests, and accessibility problems.
